Returns

Any full price item can be returned at full price, minus shipping costs. Any sale items, discount code items, items that come with free gifts, or pre-sale items are non-refundable and may be exchanged for credit only, no exceptions! Codes used to purchase final markdown prices are final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom made items, from Selkie or 3rd party. These products are art pieces and made especially per customer. 

Please be aware of your countries custom fees, if you do not accept the custom fees when the item arrives in your country and the item is returned to us, you will not be re funded, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of package reception. You have 30 days to return the product. 

Selkie offers intermittent sales after inventory is low, if you place an order for an item at full price, it is not eligible for a refund for the difference of the sale price offered later. If you want to try to get your item on sale please sign up for the newsletter. If you buy your item and a sale happens soon after, we cannot refund the price difference- but we do accept returns on full price items. If you would like to get the item on sale you will have to re order the item and return the other item you bought (if it is full price, unworn, and within the 15 day time frame.) Please keep in mind certain styles and sizes are popular, and might sell out before a sale period.

Signature items such as the puff dress do not go on sale.

*Our policy allows a courtesy free exchange of a maximum one time per item, any exchange thereafter we charge for shipping and re-stocking.

-Tags must be attached

-An RA form must be filled out (see below)
