Holiday Break FAQ

Happy Holidays! Customer service will be closed 12/23 at 5pm PST - 1/3 at 9am PST.  We will be in touch with you as soon as we return.

The Selkie team works really hard all year long so we are giving everyone extra time off during the holidays to rest, recover, and spend time with their loved ones.

We hope you're able to take some much-deserved time to do the same.

You can still shop the site during our office closure and most orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. During this time we are unable to cancel or edit an order once it has been placed.

Holiday Returns: For orders placed 11/24 - 12/31 you will have 30 days to file for your return online after delivery, final sale items are still excluded from returns. 

Start a Return:

  1. Visit our Return Center to file your return.
  2. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label, also sent to your email (Shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your refund). 
  3. After you move through the steps on our Returns Center, you’ll receive a temporary credit equal to the value of the returns you’re sending back. You can use this credit to make a new purchase, and it ships right away. If you don’t use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded as usual. Shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your credit amount.
  4. We recommend obtaining a receipt from USPS when dropping off your return so that you can verify that your item was dropped off and sent back, hold on to this until your return has arrived and been processed. 

International Returns:

  1. Visit our Return Center to file your return.
  2. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return address sent to your email. You will be responsible for procuring your own return label, we recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. 
  3. Be sure to include your order number and name as a reference inside your return package.
  4. Your refund will be issued as soon as your return has arrived and been processed, you will receive an email confirmation once we have processed your return. If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.
