All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out.


Returns will be charged shipping fees unless the product is faulty. 

-Item must be unworn

-Tags must be attached

-An RA form must be filled out (see below)

Follow the "Returns" link in the navigation, select the items you’d like to return and a label will be generated for you. A refund will be issued as soon we receive the item and inspect it. 

Please note, any sale items or pre-sale items are non-refundable and may be exchanged for credit only! Full priced items are available for return within 30 days.
(not including special discount code items) custom made orders are non returnable.

Please allow up to 4 business days for a refund after your item arrives back at our warehouse


If you would like a new item, please make a note of it when entering your return and we will email you for further information. You may be offered a code to shop your new item once the old one is received back in the warehouse.


Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can no longer make changes.

At this time we cannot offer cancellations on your order, unless you put the request within 24 hours of a business day, and receive a reply in that time frame.
