Shipping

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out.

Returns

USA Returns will be charged shipping fees unless the product is faulty. At this time international orders are available for exchange only. For international exchange please email info@selkiecollection.com so we can help you with your order, pre paid labels are not available for any exchange outside of the USA

-Item must be unworn

-Tags must be attached

-An RA form must be filled out  WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM

Follow the "Returns" link in the navigation, select the items you’d like to return and a label will be generated for you. A refund will be issued as soon we receive the item and inspect it. 

Please note, any sale items or pre-sale items are non-refundable and may be exchanged for credit only! Full priced items are available for return or exchange within 30 days.
custom made orders are non returnable.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a refund after your item arrives back to our warehouse

International Deliveries

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Selkie.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Exchanges

If you would like a new item, please make a note of it when entering your return and we will email you for further information. You may be offered a code to shop your new item once the old one is received.

Cancellations/Changes

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can no longer make changes.

At this time we cannot offer cancellations on your order, unless you put the request within 24 hours of a business day, and receive a reply in that time frame. 

Sales

Selkie offers intermittent sales after inventory is low, if you place an order for an item at full price, it is not eligible for a refund for the difference of the sale price offered later. If you want to try to get your item on sale please sign up for the newsletter. If you buy your item and a sale happens soon after, we cannot refund the price difference- but we do accept returns on full price items. If you would like to get the item on sale you will have to re order the item and return the other item you bought (if it is full price, unworn, and within the 15 day time frame.) Please keep in mind certain styles and sizes are popular, and might sell out before a sale period.

Signature items such as the puff dress do not go on sale.
